We love fall.

This week got ridiculously cold in Blackfoot. Me and the built-in space heater are not complaining, however. We have officially installed the down comforter on our bed, And Addy is back to warm footie pajamas. Life is good. Fall is here:

When we go on walks, Addy doesn't like sitting in the stroller. She'd rather push. This, however, is perfect training when Peanut #2 arrives. She's already learning how to help out!

You have not seen anymore belly pics. Here's why:
a) I'm fat. It's not fun to post this crap online.
b) This sounds sad, but I'm afraid we don't care as much this time around? Maybe we're just too busy/tired to think about it.

Either way, sorry.

In other news, Addy is going to Nursery this Sunday. Can I get a holla!?

Random Events

These would include mommy's quick trip to the store to come home and find this:

Daddy feeding the Grips lunch and teaching her about football.
We love to go geocaching. If you don't know what it is, look it up. Here are a few pictures from our geocaching adventures this month:

After we geocached one day, we went to the park with Aunt Shylo:

A little slow to take the picture. HA.

And a few candids:

This is what most of the pictures I take of Addy look like.
Gnawing on a carrot stick at Kaden's soccer game.
Say Cheese! This is what I get. A cheese ball.
Right outta the bath slick back hair don't mess with me picture. Oh, and I have a runny nose. Cute.
If you've never had a completo, call me and I'll tell you what you're missing.
So she climbs up into her stroller, and then get's all upset cause she can't get out gracefully. Tard.

At The Home Depot. We were there for so long, that Addy started making up stupid things to do.

In other news, there are many other fun things we've done this summer that I have no proof of now cause one of my SD cards got washed and then dried, and I lost it all. Sad. So here's a quick overview:
  • We went up to Palisades for our annual huckleberry picking camping trip. A BLAST. Addy was even very helpful when we picked berries. She picked them, smashed the very staining liquid into her clothes, and then ate the berries.
  • Matt and I went to a baseball game. Alone. I feel like that was eventful enough to be included.
  • We learned in July that we are having another baby girl! :)
  • I crossed something off my bucket list. I completed a 5k. At 5 months pregnant. With half a hip situation. And it was early in the morning. So I felt pretty great that day! HAHA
  • Ashlee and Ada came into town again and we lived it up with visiting and watching our tiny ones interact, taking a trip to the Zoo, going to Rupe's (there is a pattern here), and even attending Kaden's soccer game.
  • We had a Nate Family reunion! I playes multiple games of volleyball at 5.5 months pregnant. That was fun, but I was sore the next day. Ha. We played lots of guitar, lots of card games, and stayed up way too late. And pissed a few people off. HAHA
Looking back, I didn't think we did too much this summer, but I guess we really did! Whew.

It's Utah State or BUST!

That's not intended to sound like we are fans of Utah State. We are not, BUT we are willing to go to Logan, Utah when our beloved (albeit HORRIBLE) UNLV Rebels are playing the Aggies. We drove down with our friends Dave and Bonnie (also UNLV fans) for a fun, but disappointing game. Well, technically, can you be disappointed when you expected your team to lose in the first place? Maybe not. Well then, we had a very expected time? Whatever. We ate at Angie's. It's where the locals eat. It's also "Where the locals eat!" HAHA Inside joke. Whatever.

Here are some pics of the great time we had:

Please pay no attention to the large wideness of this belly at this point. Huge boobs + huge belly = Unflattering.

The Fair and Vegas and Vegas.

The Eastern Idaho State Fair came to town once again, and Addy and I went with Susan. We loved seeing the Indian Relay Races, the creepy clown, looking at all the cool arts and crafts, seeing cool animals, and EATING. A few of the items that we chowed down include: Mongolian beef bowl, deep fried cheese curds, Krazy Korn, mini donuts, Line Ricky's, fresh raspberry ice cream, coconut brownies, and a few I'm sure I'm missing. It was wonderful. And this is the only picture I got:

Later in September, Addy May and I flew down to Vegas for a week, because Matt had a business trip in Virginia for a week. And we weren't going to just sit around. We had a great time playing with her cousins, and especially playing with Grandma and Grandpa.

Learning the correct position for talking to boys on the phone.

And then a week later, I went BACK to Vegas, alone. I flew down Thursday, and went to WICKED with my mom and sister that night. Yes, it was magical, and no, I don't have pictures of that. The next day, we went to Time Out For Women. I have never been, and it was all it's cracked up to be. Believe me.

Heading to the airport to drop Mommy off.

Elin and I had an official Serendipity frozen hot chocolate. Good, but not 11 bucks good.

"I think his name is Blake Willis, but I'm not sure"

At TOFW

Yeah.

Uhhhhhh.....

E-Line and the Kryshtas come to town!

Later in August, my sister and her friend, Krysta came to Idaho. On purpose! I know what you're thinking, and I also know what you're missing! Idaho the bomb, and these two will testify to it.

We did lots of stupid crap that weekend. We played games, drove around State Hospital South, acted like idiots, ate at Rupe's, and went mattressing down the Groveland Rapids. And then almost died. A few times. Here are the few pictures I have of that:

Elin riding the rapids, and Krysta should be around there somewhere too.

She's holding a tampon. I know. HAHAHAHA Matt's wondering why too.
And an extra side note: After we bathe Addy, sometimes we wrap the towel around her like she's a big person. The result is pretty cute. I love her slender body :)

A beach in Idaho?

You saw that correctly, my friends... There is in fact, a beach in Idaho. It's called Bear Lake. And I don't now why Matt never brought me here before, but he got an earful of that when I got home. Matt's Aunt Susan picked me and Addy up early one morning in August, and we along with Gentry, Lindsay and Jessica drove the 2 hours to Bear Lake.

We could walk out into the water for at least 100 feet before it got too deep to walk. The water felt wonderful as it was still August. This was Addy's first experience in sand. She loved every second of it. My camera was on it's way out when I started taking pictures, and so they suck. But at least I was conscious enough to remember to bring one. So I tried:

She has her own tiny-sized pool to play in!

This is me trying to capture her little butt cheek hanging out. Hahaha

There is water there, and sand there and this is the greatest day of my life!

Getting brave out in the water. And those tiny heads out there, yeah, they are standing.

Gentry getting all robot, lizard, aliened up.

Notice the sand on her mouth. Yeah, she took a bite or two.

Jessica is a mermaid with large fin syndrome.

And Lindsay looking adorable as ever in her mermaid costume.
